Music promoter John Reynolds has queried a series of financial transactions entered into by the company behind the Electric Picnic festival, including management fees paid to Denis Desmond's company Gaiety Investments.

Reynolds, the founder and a shareholder of the festival, has said in court papers that he is concerned about a management fee that was paid to Gaiety Investments, claiming that "no such management fee was due or should have been payable".
