The Revenue Commissioners will this week start examining the bank accounts of people who received large interest payments for evidence of tax evasion.
The Revenue Commissioners will this week start examining the bank accounts of people who received large interest payments for evidence of tax evasion.
Under the Revenue crackdown, individuals have until tomorrow to disclose if they failed to pay tax on accounts or other investments to avoid sanctions. Revenue will start investigating all those with accounts of €100,000 or more if some of that included funds not declared for tax purposes.
