One of Britain’s largest high-street retailers has launched a multi-million-euro court action against Dunnes Stores, claiming that the Irish retail giant is producing ‘rip-off’ copies of its designer clothes.
One of Britain’s largest high-street retailers has launched a multi-million-euro court action against Dunnes Stores, claiming that the Irish retail giant is producing ‘rip-off’ copies of its designer clothes.
The case has been taken by Mosaic Fashions, a €1.2 billion retail chain that owns prominent stores such as Coast, Karen Millen, Oasis, Whistles and lingerie brand Odille. Initial documents were lodged with the High Court in Dublin in recent weeks.
