Retail warehouse

A 20.5-acre site close to Limerick city with full planning permission for around 21,500 square metres of retail warehousing is to be sold by tender on June 2. Joint agents Bannon Commercial and Rooney Auctioneers expect to secure more than €9 million for the site because of its proximity to the city and the Southern Ring Road.
