Retail units for sale at old Irish Times site

The owners of the former Irish Times building on D’Olier Street in Dublin city centre will test the property market this week, with the launch of seven new retail units, writes Martha Kearns.

The Times Building is being redeveloped and leased out by PElliot, which bought it in 2006 for €29 million. Joint selling agents CB Richard Ellis and HT Meagher O’Reilly are hoping the units will be leased by specialist stores such as boutiques, bridal or vintage clothing shops, bookshops, hair or beauty salons, pharmacies or jewellers.
