A guide price of €700,000 is being quoted by Gunne Auctioneers for a former Catholic church in Ardee in Co Louth which has now been converted into a retail unit/showroom.

The building was refurbished to a high specification in 1999 and granted permission for retail use. It has 929 square metres of open retail space and 185.8 square metres of office and storage.
