Retail sales rose marginally during the fourth quarter of 2012 according to Retail Excellence Ireland’s (REI) newly published quarterly performance review.

Retail sales rose marginally during the fourth quarter of 2012 according to Retail Excellence Ireland’s (REI) newly published quarterly performance review.

Overall, year-on-year sales levels increased by an average of 0.21 per cent during the fourth quarter of 2012.

The best performing sectors included hot beverages (+4.23%) and home and giftware (+2.18%).
