Restaurant association boss targets growth in sector

Adrian Cummins, chief executive of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, has identified a number of areas that could help to further support the sector.

Adrian Cummins, chief executive of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, has identified a number of areas that could help to further support the sector.

In an interview with Service! magazine, Cummins said that utilising alternative forms of energy production, the introduction of more competitive local authority rates and a greater amount of chef training places to reduce unemployment would all help to create jobs and keep restaurants afloat in what is a challenging environment.
