Residential property prices up 5.6% at end of November - CSO

UPDATE: Residential property prices in Ireland increased by 5.6 per cent in the year to November, according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.

The national index is 46.5 per cent lower than its highest level in 2007.

Residential property prices in Ireland increased by 5.6 per cent in the year to November, according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.

This compares with an increase of 6.1 per cent in October and a decrease of 5.7 per cent recorded in the twelve months to November 2012.
