Ireland has emerged as having the highest residential price growth in the world over the past year, with an annual growth rate of 15 per cent according to research released by Knight Frank last week. We actively track residential price changes across 54 countries worldwide and the Q3 2014 findings position Ireland ahead of both the US and Britain, which are placed third and fifth respectively.
