Residential prices drop 1.9% in January
UPDATE: Residential property prices continued to fall in the first month of 2012 according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.
Residential property prices continued to fall in the first month of 2012 according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.
The CSO said residential prices dropped 1.9 per cent in January from December 2010 and were down 17.4 per cent in the year to January.
The monthly fall compares with a decline of 1.7 per cent recorded in December and a decline of 1.1 per cent in January of last year.
