The Dublin residential investment market is in rude health, according to a Q3 report from Hooke & MacDonald.

The report from the private rental sector and apartment market specialists shows that residential investment sales in Dublin for the first nine months of 2018 reached the half-billion euro mark across 15 transactions, with €150 million of that in Q3.
