More than 100 jobs have been saved following a High Court decision to sanction a rescue package for a Dublin engineering and fit-out company.

The court has approved a scheme of arrangement for Ashcoin, which sought bankruptcy protection from its creditors in January. The company had debts of almost €8 million.
