A rescue package has been lined up to save Arramount Furniture, a nationwide chain of furniture stores that collapsed into examinership in June with multi-million euro debts.

A rescue package has been lined up to save Arramount Furniture, a nationwide chain of furniture stores that collapsed into examinership in June with multi-million euro debts.

The Greenwood Group, a Cork furniture manufacturer, is financing the rescue package and is poised to take a significant stake in the business. The deal is set to be put to the High Court for approval later this week.
