A new report has recommended an overhaul of the type of third-level fee structure that the government is considering introducing in Ireland.
The ‘Australian model’ of student contribution is believed to be the front runner among a number of options being assessed by Department of Education officials. However, new research commissioned by the Australian deputy prime minister and education minister, Julia Gillard, has recommended a raft of changes to the model.
