Rental yields peak at triple Celtic Tiger highs

Daft.ie report shows that double digit yields could be achieved by investors

Investors who buy residential property can now enjoy yields which are in some cases three times those which prevailed during the Celtic Tiger era. However, yields for many Dublin investors appear to have peaked as house prices are increasing at a similar or faster pace to rents.
