Office development has started afresh in Dublin’s south suburbs thanks to a rise in demand, writes Donal Buckley

Ardstone has applied for planning permission for 447,300 square feet of office space over five buildings in Eden Plaza, Sandyford

A surge in office rents in Dublin’s south suburbs in the last two years has sparked a number of new office projects for Cherrywood, Sandyford and CityWest business districts – and work has already got underway on three of them. This shows that demand and supply is not confined to the city centre.
