Religious congregations are in line for a significant increase in the value of lands they own in Dublin as a result of a rezoning plan currently before the city council.

*The Sunday Business Post* has learned that the congregations are set to benefit from a move to rezone some 770 hectares of land, over half of which they own, for residential development. The rezoning also covers the RTE campus in Donnybrook.
