Reilly to seek independent advice on children’s hospital

The Minister for Health, Dr James Reilly, will decide whether an independent review of the location of the proposed children’s hospital is needed after he meets the chairman of the hospital’s development board this week.

The Minister for Health, Dr James Reilly, will decide whether an independent review of the location of the proposed children’s hospital is needed after he meets the chairman of the hospital’s development board this week.

However, he said that it was ‘‘more than likely’’ that an external review would be commissioned, adding that ‘‘any such review would probably involve people from outside the country’’....
