Regional office rents on the rise
City centre tariffs in Cork, Galway and Limerick are continuing to increase, as €100 million worth of office space is sold in Munster’s capital, writes Donal Buckley.
Latest results for the fourth quarter of 2014 show a continued growth in rents for prime city centre offices in Cork, Galway and Limerick between October and December.
