Galway’s Dockgate offices: office rents are growing strongly in the city

Latest results for the fourth quarter of 2014 show a continued growth in rents for prime city centre offices in Cork, Galway and Limerick between October and December.

While rents in Cork are the highest of the three cities, those in Galway city centre showed the strongest growth, according to the latest regional office survey from DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. The increases came as about €100 million worth of offices changed hands in the Cork region last...
