Finance minister Michael Noonan has said a rejection of this Thursday’s referendum on Europe’s fiscal treaty will cause economic growth estimates to be “marked down.”
Noonan was speaking to RTÉ as all sides in the campaign faced into the last few days of canvassing, with opinion polls showing a narrowing gap between the Yes and the No sides.
