Redquartz to buy hotel in Ballymun scheme

Redquartz, the investment vehicle owned by the Kelly family of developers, is buying the hotel element of the Santry Cross scheme in Ballymun, Dublin 11, for €20 million.

Redquartz, the investment vehicle owned by the Kelly family of developers, is buying the hotel element of the Santry Cross scheme in Ballymun, Dublin 11, for €20 million.

It had previously been announced that the hotel would be run by Days Hotels, the Irish franchise of which is owned by the Prem Group in which the Kelly family has a stake.
