Record price for Limerick

A new level for retail yields in Limerick city has been set by the sale of Sarsfield Hall, a mixed retail and residential investment at the junction of O'Connell Street and William Street. Colliers Jackson-Stops has completed the sale of the property prior to auction for over €10.8 million, reflecting a net yield of under 4 per cent.
