David Hughes and Luke Charleton of Ernst & Young are to be appointed joint receivers of the 16-property Opera Finance/Castle Market portfolio formerly owned by Treasury Holdings, “with instructions to effect a sale of the properties”.

The announcement came from Hypothekenbank Frankfurt, special servicer for the portfolio.
