A small Dublin 4 shopping mall, once earmarked by developer Sean Dunne for redevelopment, has been put on the market for €6 million.
Property company CBRE has put Donnybrook Mall, which includes a Tesco store, up for sale. CBRE has been instructed by William O'Riordan, receiver of the assets of Padholme, to dispose of the mall.
