REA Leinster auction sees 15 properties sold

Highest prices were achieved by two Dublin investment properties which are divided into flats

The first Real Estate Alliance Leinster Auction saw 15 properties generate more than €3.035 million under the hammer and a further four sold afterwards last Thursday, bringing the total generated close to €3.5 million.

Highest prices were achieved by two Dublin investment properties which are divided into flats. A further two Dublin modern family houses sold for relatively reasonable prices.
