Rathcoole development by Sandymark reflects boost to the industrial sector

Development will bolster business park’s location as one of the country’s largest industrial campuses

Sandymark Investments, the developer behind Greenogue Business Park in Rathcoole in Dublin, has started building a new state-of-the-art distribution facility for the healthcare group, Uniphar.

The development will bolster the business park’s location as one of the country’s largest industrial campuses at about 350 acres. It is also a major commercial and services centre for the region and is comprised of a mix of modern industrial, warehousing and manufacturing facilities.
