Despite a few mischievous suggestions to the contrary – and the fact that RTE beat it to the punch – there’s not much to be read into the fact that Denis O’Brien’s Newstalk didn’t start discussing the Moriarty Tribunal report until almost two hours after it appeared online on Tuesday morning. It’s fearsomely weighty at 2,348 pages, and harder to digest at short notice than the average Thomas Pynchon novel....
