O’Shea still angry after all these years

There was a time when no newspaper’s letters page was truly complete unless it featured an impassioned missive from John O’Shea of Goal.

All these years later, he remains as angry as ever. Wednesday’s Moncrieff (Newstalk 106-108) saw him launch a broadside at that largest of looming targets, the People’s Republic of China, which he accused of turning Africa into a ‘‘dustbowl’’.
