A&L Goodbody says the increase in the number of Equality Tribunal claims relating to dismissal on the grounds of race is likely to continue, reflecting the changing labour force.

The Dublin solicitors firm also said that the recession meant there was likely to be a continuing increase in claims on the grounds of family status, gender and disability.
