Quinns to be questioned over missing cash

The stakes are high in the High Court as Anglo prepares to quiz the wider Quinn family, writes Ian Kehoe.

The former Anglo Irish Bank will attempt this week to force members of the Quinn family to explain massive transfers of money to mysterious foreign bank accounts, as part of a cross-examination of the family's finances.

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) will also question family members about a string of off-shore corporate entities used to prevent the bank from gaining control of the family's €500 million international property portfolio.
