The relationship between Sean Quinn and Anglo Irish Bank has broken down after the bank excluded the businessman from its bid to take control of Quinn Insurance.
The Sunday Business Post has learned that Quinn believed he was part of a joint bid for the insurance business alongside Anglo and US insurance firm Liberty Mutual.
