Bankrupt businessman Sean Quinn has been ordered to disclose all of his assets worldwide but the imposition of punitive sanctions has been delayed.

Quinn, along with his son Sean Quinn Junior and nephew Peter Darragh Quinn were told by Judge Elizabeth Dunne today that she was dealing with “coercive measures” for now while putting “punitive” sanctions aside for the moment.
