Quinlan buys €75m stake in Beacon South Quarter

Dublin financier Derek Quinlan has bought a 50 per cent stake in the Beacon South Quarter retail development in Sandyford in south Dublin for about €75 million.

Dublin financier Derek Quinlan has bought a 50 per cent stake in the Beacon South Quarter retail development in Sandyford in south Dublin for about €75 million.

The off-market sale took place in the last few months. The 23,000 square metre development, which will have Dunnes Stores as its anchor tenant, is due to be completed by summer next year.
