Quinby losses reach €146 million

Accumulated losses at Kildare property developer Jerry Conlan's Quinby Properties now stand at €146.4 million, according to the most recently filed set of accounts.

The financial statements, which go to the end of December 2012, show that the company registered a loss for the year of €4.6 million. The previous year's accounts show a gain for the year of €22.8 million, which brought the overall losses down from €164.5 million to €141.7 million.
