Quality and service are still more important than price to Irish consumers, according to research carried out by Accenture.

Quality and service are still more important than price to Irish consumers, according to research carried out by Accenture.

Its new survey found that most Irish consumers, despite the economic downturn, said they were not willing to compromise customer service (in 57 per cent of cases) or product quality (71 per cent) in order to get the lowest price.
