The euro traded to its highest level against the dollar in March after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke hinted that the Fed will embark on a third round of quantitative easing or QE3.

The euro traded to its highest level against the dollar in March after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke hinted that the Fed will embark on a third round of quantitative easing or QE3.

Bernanke commented that it was "unclear if the pace of jobs gains can be sustained and that accommodation is needed to bring big gains in jobs". His comments surprised the market as there was little indication that the Fed was considering QE...
