The Purty Kitchen in Dublin's Temple Bar, formerly Bad Bob's bar and nightclub, is being sold on the instructions of a receiver for €2.75 million.

The late-night venue is being sold as a going concern by Tom Kavanagh of Kavanagh Fennell, receiver to Conor Martin's company, Candy Operations.
