Ireland’s first purposely designed distribution centre is being brought to the market for sale by Green Property with a guide price of €18 million.
Built by Irish Express Cargo in the late 1990s, the design specifically provided for cross docking facilities to deal with freight forwarding, and separate but secure interconnecting logistics units to provide hi-bay storage.
