Pure Telecom acquires Ildana for €1.2m

Pure Telecom has acquired Meath-based Internet Service Provider Ildana Teoranta for €1.2 million.

The deal is Pure Telecom’s fourth acquisition in 18 months and is expected to boost revenues by €3 million.
