Public mood turns angrier as bondholders paid

The outpouring of outrage over today's Anglo payment may be unnerving the government, although Pat Leahy points out a bit of public anger might help us in Europe

At this stage (late afternoon Wednesday) it's likely that the famous €1.25 billion has probably been transferred from Anglo-Irish Bank to a financial clearing house, from where it will be moved on to the accounts of various lucky and anonymous bondholders.
