A dispute between a Scottish pub group and a Galway company over a missing €1.2 million investment has ended up in the High Court.
Edinburgh-based Caledonian Heritable has taken legal action against Cregg Investments, a Tuam company that controls a number of pubs in Co Galway.
The case centres on a €1.2 million investment by the Scottish firm in Maloney's pub in Tuam, which is controlled by Cregg. The investment was made in December 2002....
