The business partners behind the Porterhouse pub chain are investing €800,000 in a new micro-distillery in Kerry. Porterhouse founders Oliver Hughes and Liam LaHart are making the investment as part of a BES funding round announced last week.
The scheme will seek to raise €1.7 million to fund the conversion and fit-out of the existing Old Creamery Building to the planned 4,000 square foot micro-brewery just outside Dingle.
