PRS transactions still dominate investment market, says new report
The latest analysis from Hooke & McDonald reveals that private rented sector deals made up 55% of all investment transactions in Dublin during Q3 2019
Indeed, PRS deals accounted for 55 per cent of all property investment transactions in Dublin in the third quarter of this year, the same percentage as in the second quarter, followed by 37 per cent for offices. Eight of the ten largest Dublin property investment transactions in the third quarter were PRS investment sales.
