Providence to bear Dalkey drill licence costs

Irish-listed oil and gas exploration company Providence Resources will have to cover the entire cost of a foreshore licence application at the Kish Bank Basin project at Dalkey in Dublin.

Irish-listed oil and gas exploration company Providence Resources will have to cover the entire cost of a foreshore licence application at the Kish Bank Basin project at Dalkey in south Dublin, despite the licence becoming void after the state failed to comply with EU rules when issuing the permit.
