Two in three serious illness claims are cancer-related, with the proportion of cancer claims continuing to grow, according to a new life assurance study.

Two in three serious illness claims are cancer-related, with the proportion of cancer claims continuing to grow, according to a new life assurance study.

The study by life assurance firm Caledonian Life said that, while cancer claims had increased, heart disease had becomes less prevalent.
