Property prices fall 1.6% in August

Residential property prices fell by 1.6 per cent in the month of August, according to the latest date from the Central Statistics Office.

Residential property prices fell by 1.6 per cent in the month of August, according to the latest date from the Central Statistics Office. This compares with a decline of 0.8% recorded in July. In 2010 there was no change recorded between July and August.
