Property market sees auctions upsurge

A five-bed detached home in Mount Merrion sold for €1.7 million, double the €850,000 guide price

More than €16.3 million was generated from the sale of 87 property lots at seven different auctions in the last 10 days. These include two Dublin southside properties with redevelopment potential which sold for well over a million euro.
