Property investment market turns over €200m per month in Q3

The property investment market in Ireland continues to see strong levels of activity with €600 million of property sold in the third quarter, according to research conducted by Lisney.

In an overview of the investment market to date, Lisney reported that the level of activity fell, as forecast, from the high levels transacted in Q1 and Q2. The total for the year to date is €2.5 billion and points to 2018 exceeding the €3 billion mark.
