Property investment could top €3bn this year

Poperty investment for the first half of 2014 has hit €1.63 billion, well on target to surpass last year's final results, and could break €3 billion by the end of the year. Investment market turnover was just shy of the €2 billion mark last year, almost three times more than the previous year when the tally was €600 million.
